Genome length determination
In this webinar, our COO, Rickard Nordström dived into the technical aspects of our latest method (Generation 3) for determining both the full-to-empty ratio and genome length of AAVs. With this advanced technique, we measure the size (in kilobases) of genomic material packaged within each individual particle based on its internal density.
